Privacy

Short version: this site collects what is needed to do the work and nothing else. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers.

What is collected

Only what you type into the order form or send by email: your name, email address, a description of your controller, which services you want, your game and tuning preferences if you select the add-on, and any notes you add.

If you place an order through Etsy, Etsy collects and handles your payment and address information under its own privacy policy. We never see your full payment details.

What it is used for

Communicating with you about your order, and doing the work. That is it. Your information is never sold, rented or shared for marketing, and you will not be added to a mailing list.

Who it passes through

• Cloudflare — hosts the site and processes the form submission. Cloudflare also provides the anti-spam check on the form, which does not track you across sites.
• Mailgun — delivers the order email and your confirmation.
• Google (Gmail) — where our mailbox lives, so order emails are stored there.
• Etsy — only if you order through Etsy, under their policies.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Nothing about your visit is logged beyond the standard, short-lived request logs any web host keeps.

The anti-spam widget on the order form is Cloudflare Turnstile, which is designed as a privacy-preserving alternative to advertising-backed CAPTCHAs and does not profile you.

How long it is kept

Order emails are kept while the 90-day warranty could still apply, and afterwards for as long as tax records require. Form submissions are not stored in a database, because there is no database. They exist only as email.

Your choices

Email privacy@phobify.com to ask what is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Requests are answered within 30 days. Records needed for tax or warranty purposes may be retained until those obligations lapse.

If you would rather not use the form at all, emailing directly works just as well.

Who this applies to

Phobify sells and ships within the United States only and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email privacy@phobify.com and it will be deleted.

Changes

This policy may be updated, and the date at the top of the page records the most recent change.
